We are looking for an experienced Housing Benefit Officer who can deal with assessing of all types of housing benefit claims using HBIS & I-world.
You must have a minimum of two years experience assessing.
The assessment officer in question must be able to start asap and must be able to pick up and deal with queries in a fast and effective manner.
Extract information from the claim form and decide if it is ready to assess.
Request evidence of income, rent, etc from customers if it has not been provided.
MUST be able to use both HBIS and I-world system to extract * input information and assess the claim.
